Service Description

Rendered floor plan & design concept for entire floor or home. • CAD drawing with a color rendered floor plan and design concept (2-3 furniture layouts per room). • Design boards with custom-sourced furnishings, color palette, finishes, fabric, area rugs and accessories. • Pricing, including images and dimensions for all furniture selections. • 2-4-hour presentation meeting, which includes a scope of work, design plan and key elements, plus 2 revisions. • Includes 40 - 45 hours of consulting, research and development. Whole floor Design - Pricing is dependent of the number and size of rooms. Contact us for a detailed quote. See your fresh, new space via our renderings, feel the fabrics and understand how everything is pulled together throughout the whole floor, including paint colors & wall coverings we select just for you. We will continue to work with you after the presentation to implement the entire plan. Including procurement, ordering, and tracking items, arranging deliveries, and installation for a final reveal. This phase of the design process is charged at our hourly rate. Please note that (Please note: Price is dependent on square footage of home, number of rooms, and other client-tailored project requirements. The initial consultation fee is separate. This package does not include cabinetry design for kitchen. Travel time and other fees may apply.)
