Service Description

This service is our most popular! • CAD drawing with a color rendered floor plan and design concept for a single room (2-3 furniture layouts). • Design boards with custom-sourced furnishings, color palette, finishes, fabric, area rugs and accessories. • Pricing, including images and dimensions for all furniture selections. • 1-2-hour presentation meeting, which includes a scope of work, design plan and key elements, plus one revision. Includes 12 hours of consulting, research, and development. See your fresh, new space via our renderings, feel the fabrics and understand how everything is pulled together including paint colors & wall coverings we select just for you. We will continue to work with you after the presentation to implement the entire plan. Including procurement, ordering, and tracking items, arranging deliveries, and installation for a final reveal. This phase of the design process is charged at our hourly rate. (Please note: The initial consultation fee is separate. Travel time may apply.)
